Galil Mountain Winery
In the Upper Galilee, next to Kibbutz Yiron, we discovered the beauty of a meeting with nature. This experience resulted in a beautiful winery, dedicated to creativity and the surroundings in all its activities.
Galil Mountain Winery raised the banner for leading a vision of sustainability in the vineyards and in the winery and for creating a free-flowing connection with the customer.
We invite you to join us in this fascinating
journey close to nature.

Sea Horse Winery
SeaHorse Winery was founded in the year 2000, in the village of Bar Giyora, located in the Judean Mountains (near Jerusalem), by Orly and Ze’ev Dunie.
Since its establishment, the winery’s intention has been to grow most of the grapes needed for its wines, while studying and exploring grape varieties that are less popular or common in Israel.
The vineyard in Bar Giora is cultivated with organic means, and planted at a higher density than common in Israel, which creates a fruit that is very condensed and rich in flavors.
The winery’s creation process is solely based on creative impulse, while pursuing maximum quality, with minimal intervention of the winemaker.

Lahat Winery
Itay Lahat is a veteran viticulturist and winemaker, who graduated in Horticulture from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and in Viticulture and Oenology from Adelaide University in South Australia
Described by many as the ‘Michel Rolland of Israeli Wine’, his services as a consultant are in great demand by leading wineries in Israel.
Itay Lahat believes that Israel can excel in creating a unique wine style based on
Rhone Valley varieties blends. “The wines should be rich and complex, yet soft and
balanced and pleasant to drink as soon as they are released. They should also have
the capacity for aging.” This philosophy is expressed through his own handcrafted
wines, across his portfolio
Kim Marcus, the editor of Wine Spectator, interviewed and wrote about Itay Lahat in
2016. Jancis Robinson OBE, MW, included
Lahat wines in her 2017 Israel visit
summary in the Financial Times, and on her website. Lahat wines are mentioned in
Hugh Johnson’s guide, from 2019 onwards. Outside Israel, Lahat wines can be found in France, the UK, and the US

Pinto Winery
After many years of investment and active involvement to assist Israel's periphery (particularly in the fields of education and tourism), the Pinto family has set a goal to show that the very best products and the most added value can also come from desert agriculture in the Negev. Passionate as we are about wine, we recently founded the Pinto Negev Winery, which symbolizes our long-term commitment to the Negev desert and to the town of Yeruham." The Family, in partnership with local growers, planted a large vineyard next to the city of Yeruham, with grape varieties most suited to the desert terroir. The spectacular Yeruham Vineyard, located on Wadi Shualim' (foxes) aspires to show the advantages and uniqueness of this terroir. Committed to uncompromising quality, we brought in as our Chief Winemaker Ya'acov Oryah, one of the leading winemakers in Israel, with a mission to produce - precisely from the desert!- some of the finest wines in the country. Our new state-of-the-art winery facility and visitor experience will be soon open.
